The service consists exclusively of transportation between the origin and destination provided in the booking.

The pick-up location and final destination are defined in advance.
🚫 Not a Tour
The transfer does not include a private tour, city tour or vehicle-at-disposal service.
🛣️ During the Journey
The driver is not available for additional trips around the city, visits to establishments, beaches, tourist attractions or locations outside the contracted route.
🔄 Stops and Detours
Stops, detours or additional destinations must be consulted with DM5 in advance and may change the service price.
🏁 Service Completion
The transfer service is considered complete upon arrival at the contracted destination.
🚐 Personalized Service
If you need a driver and vehicle available for multiple trips, request a specific quote from DM5 for a private/personalized service.

🚘 Vehicle Capacity
Our executive vehicle accommodates up to 4 passengers, respecting safety and comfort limits.
👶 Children and Child Seats
Inform us of the presence and age of children when booking so we can check the need for an infant carrier, child seat or booster seat, according to applicable regulations.
🧳 Luggage
Inform us of the quantity and size of luggage in advance. Transportation is subject to trunk capacity. Excess luggage or oversized items must be reported before the service is confirmed.
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking or using electronic cigarettes/vapes is prohibited inside the vehicle.
🍔 Food and Drinks
To preserve the vehicle's cleanliness and comfort, eating is not permitted during the journey. Special needs should be discussed in advance.
💦 Wet Clothing
Entering the vehicle with wet swimwear or excessive sand is not permitted. After beaches and tours, passengers must be dry before boarding.
🐾 Pets
Pet transportation must be reported in advance and arranged with DM5 before the service.
💺 Seat Belts
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers, including those in the rear seats.
🤝 Vehicle Care
We ask all passengers to take care of the vehicle. Damage caused intentionally or through improper use may be charged to the responsible party after assessment.
🚫 Inappropriate Behavior
Behavior that puts the driver or other passengers at risk will not be tolerated, including aggressive behavior or actions that may compromise safe driving.
⏰ Schedules
The agreed time must be respected. For airport transfers, we recommend considering traffic, distance and the required time before the flight.
✈️ Flight Information
For airport arrival or departure transfers, provide the airline, flight number, date and time to allow proper service planning and flight monitoring when applicable.
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellation: 7 days after purchase, provided the service date has not passed when cancellation is requested. In this case, the refund will be full. Cancellation due to bad weather or unsuitable weather or tide conditions: experiences may be canceled by Live. The respective experience amounts will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
