Some tourist experiences depend on factors beyond DM5's control, such as:
Natural conditions: Tides and weather conditions.
Infrastructure and roads: Road conditions, traffic, construction, road closures or access changes.
Partner operators: Operation of establishments and availability of rafts, speedboats, buggies, among others.
Important: DM5 is exclusively responsible for the contracted transportation service and cannot guarantee activities operated by third parties. We recommend checking in advance any tours that depend on tide conditions.

All distances and travel times provided are approximate and for reference only, based on Maceió's waterfront as the starting point.
The exact time and route may vary depending on:
Pick-up location (hotel/address) and exact drop-off point.
Traffic conditions, road construction and the route used that day.
Weather conditions and stops requested during the journey.
The estimated travel time does not constitute a guarantee of the exact duration of the journey.
🚘 VEHICLE RULES
To ensure comfort, safety and proper vehicle maintenance, all passengers are requested to observe the following guidelines:
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes (vapes) or similar products is not permitted inside the vehicle.
🍔 Food and Drinks: Eating onboard is not permitted. Drinks that may spill, stain or damage the vehicle's interior should also be avoided during the journey.
🏖️ Wet Clothes and Sand: After beach, pool, raft or other water activities, passengers must be completely dry before boarding. Entering the vehicle with wet clothes or excessive sand on the body, clothing or belongings is not permitted.
💺 Seat Belts: Seat belts are mandatory for all occupants throughout the entire journey.
👶 Children: The presence and age of children must be informed at the time of booking so we can provide an appropriate infant carrier, child seat or booster seat.
🐾 Pets: Transportation of pets must be communicated to and authorized in advance by DM5.
🤝 Vehicle Care: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the vehicle clean and well maintained. Damage caused to the vehicle through misuse or failure to follow these guidelines may be charged to the responsible party after assessment.
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellation: 7 days after purchase, provided the service date has not passed when cancellation is requested. In this case, the refund will be full. Cancellation due to bad weather or unsuitable weather or tide conditions: experiences may be canceled by Live. The respective experience amounts will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
