📏 DISTANCES AND TRAVEL TIMES
All distances and travel times are approximate and provided for reference only, considering the Maceió waterfront as the starting point. The route and travel time may vary depending on the pickup and drop-off locations, traffic, roadworks, route used, weather and requested stops.
🚘 RULES INSIDE THE VEHICLE
🚭 No smoking: Smoking cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes (vapes) or similar products is not permitted.
🍔 Food and drinks: Eating on board is not permitted. Avoid drinks that may spill, stain or damage the interior.
🏖️ Wet clothes and sand: After water activities, passengers must be completely dry. Entering the vehicle with wet clothes or excessive sand on the body, clothing or belongings is not permitted.
💺 Seat belts: Mandatory for all occupants throughout the entire journey.
👶 Children: The presence and age of children must be informed when booking so that the appropriate baby carrier, child seat or booster seat can be provided.
🐾 Pets: Pet transportation must be communicated and authorized in advance by DM5.
🤝 Vehicle maintenance: Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow these guidelines may be charged to the responsible person after assessment.
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellation: 7 days after purchase, provided the service date has not passed when cancellation is requested. In this case, the refund will be full. Cancellation due to bad weather or unsuitable weather or tide conditions: experiences may be canceled by Live. The respective experience amounts will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
