At the scheduled time, a bilingual guide will meet travelers at the provided accommodation and accompany them to the starting point, where they will be introduced to the person responsible for handling the horses. The ride takes place at a relaxed pace, allowing guests to enjoy the landscape, nature and sunset over the dunes. Throughout the experience, the group will be accompanied by the horse handler, ensuring greater comfort and safety. At the end, travelers will be accompanied back to their accommodation.
Observations:
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours and includes the horse handler's assistance throughout the entire route. The ride takes place at a relaxed pace, prioritizing appreciation of the scenery and the well-being of both travelers and animals. The bilingual guide accompanies the group from the accommodation to the starting point and on the return.
Rules:
Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the experience. Participants must follow the horse handler's instructions during the entire route and comply with safety and animal-handling procedures. The activity may be adjusted according to local conditions or factors that could affect the safety of participants or animals.
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellation: 7 days after purchase, provided the service date has not passed when cancellation is requested. In this case, the refund will be full. Cancellation due to bad weather or unsuitable weather or tide conditions: experiences may be canceled by Live. The respective experience amounts will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
